My son and I worked on a new idea for school this year. We decided to make him a little notebook journal where he could jot down the main points of what he does each month. He will write down the field trips, friend ‘play’ dates, family birthdays, vacations and also use it to gather names and numbers of new friends. We sat down together and worked on this so that the book was HIS style and not my usual “girly” style – haha!
We both love it! I am now working on one for my daughter who starts kindergarten this year! And YES hers will be VERY GIRLY!
