Hello Heritage Makers!
It’s that time of the year…the time when we search for the Best of the Best. 
..all I can say was 'it was love at first sight'! I have been a paper scrapbooker for a long time but had recently thought about dabbling in digital scrapbooking. Research left me feeling a little overwhelmed, the cost of the individual elements and the amount of computer memory was also a deterrent.
